Gospel Diva, Lady Peachena, will celebrate her birthday with a special birthday concert on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., at Billie's Black Restaurant, located at 271 119th Street, between Frederick Douglas Blvd. and St. Nicholas Ave., in Harlem.
This Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and concert producer will sing hymns made popular by Mahalia Jackson, as well as songs from her new CD, "I'll Never Let Go of My Faith," which was recently released on the Tate Music Group label. This superb Gospel-Reggae album is now available on www.itunes.com, and at: www.tatemusicgroup.com.
Lady Peachena is the founder and lead singer of The Late Show's Gospel Choir, (initially formed for CBS TV's "LATE SHOW"), a member of The National Action Network's Change Choir, as well as a longtime member of the Grammy-winning Gospel artists, Bishop Hezekiah Walker & The Love Fellowship Choir.
